Home Buyer Expert
Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, realtors and home builders through direct and indirect contact, outside of primary office location. Guide clients through the home buying process and explain products to potential partners and clients. Secure and maintain partnerships with partners and clients through ongoing contact and customer support. Assist clients in securing a loan by explaining process, lending requirements, available products. Take loan application per company and lending requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years residential mortgage lending in home buying experience, including a high proficiency in FHA, Non-QM, USDA, VA and conforming purchase loan products
Ability to generate and sustain business partner relationships with realtors, builders, financial planner and other lead sources.
Maintain production reports for leads and sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.
Ability to conduct business effectively in person
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
Current NMLS Florida, Georgia and/or Tennessee individual MLO state license, and SAFE act compliance
Understanding of Federal Regulations governing Real Estate Lending
Customer Care Representative
Provides administrative support to Home Buyer Experts (3-5). Coordinates home closings; provides assistance to customers. Specific primary responsibilities are:
Answers telephones; within authority, responds to questions concerning home buying process; directs calls to appropriate officer or department.
Assists with scheduling of closings and interact with clients and partners.
Keys a variety of forms, reports and correspondence; performs routine arithmetic calculations.
Assists clients with loan application processes with completion of credit applications; collects application and loan processing fees from customers, as required.
May assist Home Buyer Experts with initiation of support services, e.g. ordering appraisal, real estate title work, or other vendor services.
Completes closed packages for submission to Post-Closing; checks for required documentation; works with clients to obtain titles, insurance and other similar loan documentation.
