Clermont Florida

The City of Clermont is located in south Lake County, approximately 22 miles west of Orlando.  Clermont is considered a more “rural” area by Central Florida real estate standards, but is still extremely convenient to shopping, dining and all major highways.  Visitors and residents also enjoy the historic downtown Clermont area – which is home to unique restaurants, shopping and other local businesses.  The city is bordered on the south by Kissimmee, on the east by the town of Oakland and the city of Winter Garden, on the west by the city of Groveland and on the north by the town of Montverde and the city of Minneola.
